We believe that to conduct the best research possible, we need the input of individuals who represent the groups we study. To that end, we have established Community Advisory Groups for a number of our studies. Each group consists of several community experts: women who have Female Genital Cutting (FGC) or women who have personal experience living with BRCA1/2 mutations and Bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy (BSO). We are fortunate to have these teams work with us to ensure we are asking the right questions, connecting with the community and ultimately conducting meaningful research.
If you would like to serve on one of our Community Advisory Groups, please contact us at 416-978-6582 or einsteinlabmanager@utoronto.ca
